Vinegar - Certified by Prophet Muhammad (Allah's Peace & Blessings upon him)

Umm Sa’d said:
“The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) entered upon ‘Aishah, when I was with her, and said: ‘Is there any food?’ She said: ‘We have bread, dates and vinegar.’ The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: ‘What a blessed condiment vinegar is. O Allah, bless vinegar, for it was the condiment of the Prophets before me, and no house will ever be poor in which there is vinegar.’”

'A'isha reported Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) as saying: The best of condiments or condiment is vinegar.
[Sahih Muslim]

It might taste saltishly sour but it has benefits pertaining to food and health. Being a heart patient, my father got atherosclerosis (thinning of arteries). A doctor told us about this great medicine created by using apple cider vinegar, ginger and garlic juice, lemon juice and honey. Taking it every day just about 2 tablespoons only helped him recover in the quickest time ever. The vinegar helped in widening the lumen of the coronary arteries which very much improved the pumping function of his heart Alhamdulilah. This experience made me believe in it more.
